Participation in the XIX World Saxophone Congress
It has been a pleasure to participate in this new edition of the World Saxophone Congress. This congress is held every four years and brings together a multitude of saxophonists from all over the world who travel to give concerts, masterclasses and conferences. I participated in this congress by giving a concert with two different groups. Firstly, together with my colleagues from the Synthèse Quartet, we premiered the piece Don’t you know yet? It is your light that lights the world by the composer Jorge Grundman. On the other hand, I have presented to the saxophone community the new Sonata for alto saxophone and piano Op. 61 by the composer David Cantalejo. This sonata has recently been published by Da_sh Music and is available for purchase here. For anyone who would like to listen to the premiere version, you can access this link to listen to it.
