During the month of July, the Encuentro de Música y Academia de Santander took place. Great international soloists and ensembles of many genres took part in this meeting, offering numerous concerts in Cantabria. As part of this meeting, I have been lucky enough to take part in two great concerts. On the one hand, I played with the Freixenet Symphony Orchestra of the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía, performing with them the well-known Bolero by Maurice Ravel. At the concert we were able to play to a full house and the audience greatly enjoyed the quality and work of all the members of the orchestra. On the other hand, I had the pleasure to participate again, but this time as a soloist with the pianist Luis Arias. This concert took place in the chamber hall of the Palacio de Festivales de Cantabria and we played Rhapsody, by the Belgian composer André Waignein.
